<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector which performs control according to situations even when movement of the projector is detected. <P>SOLUTION: A projector comprises: a projection part 10 for reading and projecting an image displayed on a display part by light emitted from a light source; a face detection part 22 for detecting a face of a person existing in an internal area and a peripheral area of the internal area of a projection path of the light emitted from the light source; a movement detection part 24 for detecting movement of the projection part; and a light source control part 28 for changing the amount of the light emitted from the light source based on the information on the position of the face of the person detected by the face detection part and the movement detected by the movement detection part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
