PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which reduces the degradation of a sound pressure level of an electro-acoustic transducer even with a structure where a sound hole is formed on a side surface of a body housing.

SOLUTION: In a portable telephone 100, an acoustic reflection part 120 is disposed in a body housing 110 in which a sound hole 112 is formed on a side surface 111 and an oscillation device 210 is disposed therein, and the acoustic reflection part 120 inclines relative to both a piezoelectric element 211 and the sound hole 112 and faces the both. Thus, sound waves output by the oscillation device 210 are reflected by the acoustic reflection part 120 and output from the sound hole 112, and the degradation of a sound pressure level is reduced.
