<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a toner for stably producing a toner that can form an image of high picture quality, shows excellent high-temperature offset resistance while having excellent low-temperature fixability, imparts appropriate glossiness to the formed image and gives reproducibility of a high density grayscale, and to provide a toner produced by the method. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: steps of forming core aggregate particles by aggregating fine particles comprising at least a crystalline polyester resin in an aqueous medium and depositing fine particles of an unsaturated non-crystalline polyester resin on the surfaces of the aggregated particles to form core-shell aggregated particles; and then steps of reacting a radical polymerization initiator with the core-shell aggregated particles to carry out a radical polymerization reaction to form a layer comprising a crosslinked non-crystalline polyester resin on the surfaces of the core aggregated particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
