PURPOSE: A shoe drying and sterilizing apparatus is provided to dry the inner side of shoes first and dry the outer side of the shoes in a drying and sterilizing chamber, thereby reducing the time for drying the shoes. CONSTITUTION: A shoe drying and sterilizing apparatus comprises a main body(10), a door(20), an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp(30), a hot air blower(40), a hot air supply device(50), and a holder member(60). The hot air blower is installed on the rear side of the bottom of a sterilizing chamber(11) of the main body and comprises a heater(41) and a blower(42). The hot air supply device comprises vertical pipes(51) which are vertically installed on the rear wall of the sterilizing chamber and connected to a vent(431) of the hot air blower and horizontal pipes(52) which are horizontally installed at regular intervals on the front side of the vertical pipe. The holder member comprises a holder formed of long pipes(61) and a holder formed of short pipes(61').
