<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system and a management apparatus that are capable of adjusting and controlling a communicable range of a base station on a mobile communication network. <P>SOLUTION: The communication system includes plural base stations that communicate with terminals. The communication system also includes a management apparatus that controls a communicable range of the base stations. On the basis of a communicable amount of one base station among the base stations for a communication request amount from a terminal included in a communicable range of the one base station, and/or a communicable amount of a different base station adjacent to the one base station for a communication request amount of a terminal included in a communicable amount of the different base station, the management apparatus controls the communicable ranges of the one base station and the different base station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
