摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-flight melting burner capable of suppressing adhesion of glass raw material particles. <P>SOLUTION: The in-flight melting burner for use in a gas-phase melting method for forming molten glass particles by melting glass raw material particles in a gas-phase atmosphere comprises a burner body unit of a multi-tube structure in which at least three or more nozzle tubes are concentrically arranged. At least one of a flow passage of a central nozzle tube and a plurality of flow passages formed by a plurality of inside and outside nozzle tubes disposed outside the central nozzle pipe is used as any one of a glass raw material particle supply passage, a combustion gas supply passage and a fuel gas supply passage, and the rear ends of one or more nozzle tubes constituting the glass raw material particle supply passage of the plurality of nozzle tubes are protruded backward from the rear ends of the other nozzle tubes.
