<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery prevention seal which reduces erroneous detection and is hard to be recycled. <P>SOLUTION: A forgery prevent seal includes: a base material layer 10, a retroreflective layer 20 laminated on one surface of the base material layer 10, an adhesive layer 30 laminated on the other surface of the base material layer 10, and a transparent seal base material 50 provided on the retroreflective layer 20 via an adhesion layer 40. The retroreflective layer 20 is composed of a light refractive body layer 21, a holding layer 22 which holds the light refractive body layer 21 in a state in which its surface portion is exposed, and a reflection coating 23 provided at the side opposite to the surface portion of the light refractive body layer 21.
