HAIR COSMETIC COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR USING THE SAME, AND HAIR COSMETIC PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which is discharged from a non-aerosol foamer container in the form of a foamy agent, capable of imparting excellent feeling to hair, and not dripping down when being applied to hair.

SOLUTION: A hair cosmetic composition is constituted as a hair dye or a hair-bleaching agent, and is applied to hair by discharging a liquid mixture of a first agent and a second agent from a non-aerosol foamer container in the foamy shape when being used. The hair cosmetic composition contains more than 10 mass% non-ionic surfactant and polyoxyethylene-modified silicone.
