<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific sound detecting device capable of appropriately detecting specific sound such as chime sound of emergency earthquake bulletin, without any erroneous detection; and to provide a disaster-prevention receiver. <P>SOLUTION: This specific sound detecting device includes: filter sections 13 and 14 for extracting at least two frequency components from voice signals of specific sound including a plurality of frequency components with level change; analog/digital (AD) converters 151 and 152 for converting the plurality of voice signals extracted by the filter sections from analog signals into digital signals; a signal processing section 155 arithmetically processing data of the plurality of frequency components from the AD converters and determining presence/absence of a desired frequency component by the result of the arithmetic processing; and a storage section 156 for continuously storing the arithmetic processing result of the signal processing section. The signal processing section 155 concurrently and continuously analyzing levels of the plurality of frequency components based on history information of the arithmetic processing results stored in the storage section 156 and determines the presence/absence of the desired frequency component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
