<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control technology of a continuous rolling mill which also controls a looper while controlling a rolling stand of a continuous rolling mill by a multivariable control, thereby reduces a tension between stands of a rolled material and the variation of a sheet thickness as much as possible, and can perform suitable rolling. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 20 included by a continuous rolling mill 1 is the controller 20 included by a continuous rolling mill 1 including two or more rolling stands 2 which roll a rolled material W continuously; and a looper 3 between the rolling stands 2. The controller 20 includes: a first control part 21 which computes a main machine speed command value and a reduction command value of the rolling stand 2 based on the tension between stands and the sheet thickness of the rolled material W, and controls the rolling stand 2 using the main machine speed command value and the reduction command value which have been computed; and a second control part 22 which computes a looper speed command value based on the tension between stands of the rolled material W and a looper height of the looper 3, and controls the looper 3 using the computed looper speed command value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
