<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition capable of suppressing generation of wrinkles upon using a laser beam as an exposure light source in a process of manufacturing a color filter, and to reduce the cost for manufacturing a color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition contains a colorant, a photopolymerization initiator, a polyfunctional polymerizable monomer and oligomer, and a transparent resin, wherein the composition contains an urethane acrylate having a triazine skeleton by 10 to 40% by weight with respect to the whole amount of the polyfunctional polymerizable monomer and oligomer in the photosensitive resin composition, or the composition contains C.I.Pigment Blue 15:6 as a blue colorant. By using the above described photosensitive resin composition to form a colored coating film, generation of wrinkles in a baking process of thermally curing the colored coating film can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
