<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell made by depositing gas silicon and a machine are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by omitting a single crystal ingot process and a cutting process. CONSTITUTION: A left pole(11), a middle pole(12), and a right pole(13) are vertically formed on a bottom plate(10). The left pole, the middle pole, and the right pole are connected with a top pole(14). A terminal box(42b) is located on both sides of the top pole. A top left roller comprising unit(16) includes an electrode roller(41). A top right roller comprising unit(17) includes an electrode roller(42).</p> |
