<p>A securely locating device for intravital lumen includes a base (18) and a locating device (5) connected with the base (18). The locating device (5) includes a locating device shell (5a), at least one set of clamping brackets (3) and a rotating shaft (7). Each set of the clamping brackets (3) is fixed to the locating device shell (5a) by way of the rotating shaft (7) passing through a bracket hole (3b) in the clamping brackets (3). When the securely locating device for intravital lumen is placed in an intravital lumen (11), a soft tissue (1 Ia) within the intravital lumen enters a clearance volume space (3d) formed by front ends (3c) of two brackets. A force applied at bracket back ends (3a) causes the clamping brackets (3) to rotate around the rotating shaft (7), so that the soft tissue (11a) within the clearance volume space (3d) is squeezed and clamped tightly.</p>
