摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sinter bonding agent using nanoparticles, which is mainly composed of copper oxide nanoparticles that achieve both stable dispersibility and bondability and are capable of suppressing ion migration, and to provide a method for producing the sinter bonding agent, and a bonding method using the sinter bonding agent. <P>SOLUTION: The sinter bonding agent according to the present invention, which uses cupric oxide nanoparticles, is characterized in that: cupric oxide nanoparticles each having a particle diameter of 2-50 nm inclusive are used as primary particles; the primary particles aggregate to constitute secondary particles each having a particle diameter of 3-1000 nm inclusive; and the secondary particles are dispersed in a solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
