<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device in which output of an abnormal value is reduced by improving response characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In the photoelectric conversion device including a photodiode and a current mirror circuit, a diode-connected transistor is provided in parallel to the photodiode. The transistor acts as a leakage path for rapidly discharging electric charges accumulated in a gate capacitance of the current mirror circuit, thereby improving response characteristics of the photoelectric conversion device and reducing output of an abnormal value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
