METHOD FOR PRODUCING LOW AIR PERMEABILITY WOVEN FABRIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a low air permeability high density woven fabric which has low permeability even in a small coating amount and can be used for an air bag with excellent housing ability at a low cost.

SOLUTION: The method for producing a low air permeability woven fabric in which a synthetic resin is applied to at least one surface includes at least: (1) a step of impregnating a woven fabric with a solvent A capable of dissolving or dispersing the synthetic resin; (2) a step of applying a solution (coating agent) in which the synthetic resin is dissolved or dispersed with a solvent B to the woven fabric impregnated with the solvent A; and (3) a step for removing the solvents.
