<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and smoothly perform carbonization treatment of a treated product by improving the inner structure of a carbonization furnace in the carbonization furnace. <P>SOLUTION: The treating material supplied from a supply portion 29 to a treatment cylinder 6 is heated and carbonization-treated through the external walls 13, 18, 19, and 16 of each compartment cylinder portion 7, 8, 9, or 10 and an air hole 28 by a combustion gas from a heating chamber 27 of an external cylinder 2 when the treating material is sent sequentially from a compartment chamber 20 of a first-step compartment cylinder portion 7 to a compartment chamber 20 of a fourth-step compartment cylinder portion 10 through communication holes 26. The combustion gas generated in each compartment chamber 20 in the carbonization treatment is drawn by an exhaust portion 30 and flows out from the air hole 28 into the heating chamber 27. The heating chamber 27 is heated through the external walls 13, 18, 19, and 16 and the air hole 28 by the heat of the combustion, and each compartment chamber 20 becomes in a generally vacuum state. The treating material is stirred by a stirring blade 25 in the compartment chamber 20 in each compartment cylinder portion 7, 8, 9, or 10 of the treatment cylinder 6 in a generally vacuum state and sequentially carbonization-treated while being made to stay, and a carbonization-treated carbide is exhausted from the treatment cylinder 6 into an exhaust portion 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
