<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize efficient file operation processing by efficiently acquiring file information even when the file information is not in a cache. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises; management means caching file information of a recording device and storing cache range data showing which range of the recording device is cached; determination means referencing the cache range data in the management means and determining if file information of a processing object is cached or not; and acquisition means acquiring the cached file information if the file information is cached and acquiring the file information by retrieving a region other than a cached region in the recording device based on the cache range data if the file information is not cached. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
