<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge system and the like which charge a secondary battery in a preferable timing even if a power generation apparatus, which changes the power generation amount, is used. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery array 20 generates electric power from solar light. A control part 101 calculates a necessary charge amount from an estimated power consumption of the secondary battery 40 and a power storage amount of the secondary battery 40. The control part 101 determines a charge start estimation timing so that an amount of electric power, which is generated by the solar battery array 20 in a period between the charge start estimation timing set as a start time and a power use start estimation timing set as an end time, equals to the calculated charge amount. The control part 101 starts the charge of the secondary battery 40 from the determined charge start estimation timing and ends the charge at the power use start estimation timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
