<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture frame which allows easily changing of a picture and changing of the length and width of the picture frame at the same time, and easy leveling of the picture frame, and to provide a picture display system using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The picture frame A includes: a base plate 1 installed on a wall surface W; and a rectangular front plate 2. The base plate 1 is notched with a pair of recessed grooves 5 from an upper rim 1a. In the front panel 2, a storage body 8 for storing a picture P is arranged on the rear surface, and fastening tools 9 projecting rearward are arranged at three corners. The pair of neighboring fastening tools 9 on the front panel 2 are fastened with the pair of recessed grooves 5 of the base plate 1.
