<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a skin classification method more matching actual feeling of a cosmetics user instead of conventionally performed skin type classification, and to provide cosmetics more matching a user applying the method. <P>SOLUTION: The moisture content of the skin of an identical subject is measured by a plurality of times in seasons with different weather conditions. Then, the correlation coefficient, between the average temperature or average humidity in measurement and the moisture content of the skin, is calculated. A skin quality classification method determines a skin type using the correlation coefficient as an index, and a cosmetics selection method selects suitable cosmetics based on the skin quality classification method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
