A control valve (1) is provided with a body (104) that has a lead-in port (110) into which a refrigerant is led from the upstream side, lead-out ports (112, 114) out of which the refrigerant is led to the downstream side, and valve holes (120, 144) through which the lead-in port (110) and the lead-out ports (112, 114) communicate with each other, valve elements (130, 132) that open/close a valve part by moving closer to or away from the valve holes (120, 144), a stepping motor that includes a rotor (172) for driving the valve elements (130, 132) in the direction in which the valve part is opened/closed, and a valve operating element (134) that rotates with the rotor (172) and drives the valve elements (130, 132) in the direction in which the valve part is opened/closed by converting a rotational motion around the axis thereof to a translational motion in the axial direction thereof. The valve operating element (134) is supported by the rotor (172) so as to be translatable in the axial direction with respect to the rotor (172) while the rotation thereof with respect to the rotor (172) is restricted. |
