The present invention provides a control method of a touch screen device and a touch screen device thereof. Said control method includes: acquiring a key signal sent by a trigger key; according to said key signal, selecting a touch screen function mode corresponding to said key signal from several preset touch screen function modes; controlling the touch screen device to enter said touch screen function mode corresponding to said key signal. By applying the control method of the touch screen device and the touch screen device provided in the present invention, wherein a manner of combining a keyboard and touch screen is adopted, and the touch screen function mode is triggered using the trigger key of the keyboard, several function modes are extended under one application scene, thus the control function of touch screen input manners can be extended.
