PURPOSE: A dynamic sub carrier allocation method and mobile communication system therefor are provided to determine the usage of a sub-carrier wave allocation mode in a femto base station and a macro base station by using interference ratio. CONSTITUTION: An interference measurement unit of a macro base station measures interference in a macro cell(S110). The macro base station receives interference component calculated by a femto cell of femto UE(User Equipment)(S120). In case the calculated interference ratio is bigger than 0 and is smaller than 0.4, a processor applies a sub-carrier wave allocation mode to the macro base station(S140,S150).
