摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a magnetic powder having an excellent magnetic characteristic substantially efficiently and stably even when a calorific value of hydrogenation decomposition reaction in a reactor increases with the scale-up of a device that manufactures an R-T-B-based magnetic powder. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an R-T-B-based magnetic powder includes: a hydrogenation decomposition step for raising temperature in a reactor housing a workpiece and obtaining a decomposition product by performing hydrogenation decomposition on the workpiece; and a dehydrogenation recombination step for obtaining the R-T-B-based magnetic powder by discharging hydrogen from the decomposition product. In the hydrogenation decomposition step, a temperature increase rate of the reactor at the hydrogenation decomposition reaction start time of the workpiece is 5&deg;C/min or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
