摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black powder having a high degree of blackness and an excellent light shielding property to blue light, and preferably having a high insulating property. <P>SOLUTION: The black powder is a mixed powder of a titanium oxynitride as a first component and an oxynitride(s) of one or two or more of niobium, vanadium, manganese, chromium, molybdenum and tungsten as a second component, wherein the weight ratio of the first component and the second component is in the range of 2:8 to 8:2; and preferably, the degree of blackness (L value) is &le;14; and the ratio (X/Y) of the transmittance X at 450 nm and the transmittance Y at 650 nm in a dispersion liquid of 50 ppm in powder concentration is 0.6 to 3.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
