<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage device that stably holds a heat storage solution in a heat storage container and has superior handling performance, and to provide an air conditioner with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The heat storage container of the heat storage device 20C includes a heat storage solution layer 11, an evaporation prevention layer 13 and an air layer, which are formed in this order. The evaporation prevention layer 13 is composed at least of an organic compound, which is insoluble in the heat storage solution, which has a smaller specific gravity than the heat storage solution, and which has a melting point not less than a normal temperature. Accordingly, a solid evaporation preventing layer is formed in a range of the normal temperature, so that an excessive evaporation of the heat storage solution can effectively be prevented and also the heat storage solution is prevented from leaking outside or being exposed to the air layer during transportation of the heat storage device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
