<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively burn exhaust smoke, and enable efficient use of combustion energy and removal of dust. <P>SOLUTION: In a device for burning out smoke produced from a grill by an after burner B, for preventing the overflow of smoke burned out by the after burner B into a room, an opening and closing umbrella is provided in which the overlapping degree of two punching plates varies, the umbrella is thus fully opened when smoke is heavily filled, allowing prevention of the overflow thereof into the room, and in contrast, if the exhaust smoke is less filled and combustion heat is low, the umbrella is fully closed to suppress discharge of combustion heat, allowing prevention of reduction of combustion temperature. Further, as combustion heat of the after burner B is concentrated to a throttle means 6 and exhaust smoke passes therethrough, the exhaust smoke is surely burned and hot water having flown in a cooling water pipe can be supplied to a water heater, and hot water heated in the heat exchanger 10 is sprinkled in a shower state or sprayed as mist, so that even a fat component can be surely dissolved and removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
