<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine with a supercharger, in which the opening degree of a waste gate valve is adjustable while the occurrence of defects due to changes in the temperature field of an intake system is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The control device includes: a supercharger 20 provided, in an exhaust passage 14, with a turbine 20b activated by exhaust energy; an exhaust bypass passage 26 bypassing the turbine 20b; and a WGV28 responsible for opening/closing of the exhaust bypass passage 26.
