<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell device which suppresses hue variations of solar cells in the appearance without hindering the size and thickness reduction and changing the appearance form. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell device 1 according to this invention is composed of a circuit board 3, solar cells 2 disposed on the circuit board 3 and electrically connecting with the circuit board 3, and a transparent sealing resin serving as a main component.
