<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral cavity cleaning tool which hardly damages a tongue or gums, and can obtain excellent cleaning performance. <P>SOLUTION: This oral cavity cleaning tool 1A includes a grip portion 12 and a front end portion 11, wherein a foaming body 20 is formed on at least a part of the front end portion 11. The foaming body 20 includes a plate-like base 21 and an uneven portion 22 integrally formed on the base 21. The base 21 has a mean thickness of 0.5-5 mm.
