<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint connector enabling easy removal of a female terminal from a housing. <P>SOLUTION: A joint connector 1 comprises a housing 2 and a bus bar 4. The housing 2 includes a plurality of terminal housing portions, lock arms for preventing female terminals housed in the terminal housing portion from being pulled out, and bus bar housing portions 23 which communicate with the terminal housing portions and in which opening portions 23a are formed on the opposite side of the terminal housing portions. The bus bar 4 includes a body portion 41b housed in the bus bar housing portion 23, and a plurality of male terminal portions extending from the body portion 41b and electrically connecting with the female terminals. The body portion 41b has a plurality of ribs 7 for guiding into a regular position a lock release jig with which the lock of the lock arms with the female terminals is released, at intervals equal to intervals of the arranged terminal housing portions. The lock release jig is positioned between the ribs 7 and inserted from the opening portions 23a into the bus bar housing portions 23 and the terminal housing portions so as to be positioned in the regular position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
