<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker that emits far-infrared wavelength enough and has high thermal efficiency and responsiveness and superior strength and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes: a cooking chamber 17 for storing an object to be cooked; and an upper heating device 32 arranged in the cooking chamber 17 and for heating the object to be cooked.
