<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanizing mold for a studded tire which prevents forming of a crack in the periphery of a spike-pin receptacle hole due to a projection part which forms the spike-pin retractable hole, upon mold releasing. <P>SOLUTION: The vulcanizing mold 1 for the studded tire includes a ring mold 3 formed of a plurality of sector molds 2. The projection part 10 arranged in the sector mold 2 has a swelling part 11, having a larger diameter compared with a base-end side part 10a, at a tip side part 10b. The swelling part 11 of the tip side part 10b of the projection part 10 which is at a position apart from a position on a radial line m, of the projection parts 10, is structured of a first outside part 11a which is the outside part in the near side to a flat surface containing the radial line m, and a second outside part 11b which is the outside part in the far side from the flat surface, viewed from a peripheral section of the ring mold 3, wherein a first swelling distances X1, X2, ..., Xn, which are the distances from the first outside part 11a to an axial line s of the projection part 10, are smaller than the second swelling distances Y1, Y2, ..., Yn, which are the distances from the second outside part 11b to the axial line s of the projection part 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
