<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position reading device of a moving body which can always accurately read a position of a moving body regardless of dimensional errors and deformation of components. <P>SOLUTION: A position reading device of a moving body is equipped with a position recording unit 110 formed and extended in a movable direction of the moving body to record the position of the moving body, a frame 120 arranged with the position recording unit, a guide shaft 130 supported by the frame so as to be separated from the position recording unit at a prescribed interval and to be extended along the position recording unit, a reading unit 140 for reading the position of the moving body recorded in the position recording unit, a case main body 150 moving along the guide shaft and provided with the reading unit such that the reading unit is placed opposite to the position recording unit at a prescribed interval, and a biasing member 160 for biasing the case main body to the position recording unit such that an interval between the reading unit provided for the case main body and the position recording unit arranged on the frame becomes constant even when the case main body is placed at any position of the guide shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
