<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure in which deterioration of durability due to wear or a heating value is suppressed when a seal ring rotates or slides at a position where a pressure difference is large at both sides with the seal ring interposed therebetween and a rotating shaft is rotatably supported. <P>SOLUTION: An annular groove 16 to which the seal ring 11 is fitted is formed on either of an outer peripheral part 13 of a first axis part 8 or an inner peripheral part 12 of a second axis part 2. A lubricating groove 20 for holding lubricating oil is formed between a side surface 19, where the seal ring 11 is pressed by pressure of a high pressure part 14 on the inner side surface of the annular groove 16, and the seal ring 11.
