<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly cool a bearing portion (32) for rotatably supporting a drive shaft (40) in the peripheral direction. <P>SOLUTION: This rotary compressor includes a casing (11), a drive mechanism (50) stored in the casing, the drive shaft (40) connected to the drive mechanism (50), a compression mechanism (20) rotatingly driven by the drive shaft (40) to compress fluid, a housing portion (23) having the bearing portion (32) for rotatably supporting the drive shaft (40) and forming a bearing hole (23c) for inserting and fixing the bearing portion (32), and an oil supply mechanism (30) for supplying lubricating oil to a bearing clearance (27) between the drive shaft (40) and the bearing portion (32). Cooling grooves (28, 58, 68) for making the lubricating oil flow from the oil supply mechanism (30), are formed on an inner peripheral surface of the bearing hole (23c) of the housing portion (23) so as to cool the periphery of the bearing portion (32). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
