PURPOSE: Method and apparatus for diagnosing the physical state of a fuel cell are provided to diagnose and prevent the physical state of a fuel cell system and to prevent the malfunction of the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing the physical state of a fuel cell comprises: a case measurement step measuring the slope information of a case through a first slope sensor(30) installed in a case(10) hosing the fuel cell; a facility measurement step measuring the slope information of facilities through a second slope sensor(40) installed in facilities(20) of the fuel cell; and a state diagnosis step determining the synchronization based on the slope information of the case and diagnosing the state of facilities. |
