ISLAND-IN-SEA TYPE CONJUGATED FIBER HAVING EXCELLENT SPINABILITY AND EXTRACTION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A sea-island composite fiber with excellent spinning property and release property and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve productivity and minimize defect rate. CONSTITUTION: A sea-island composite fiber with excellent spinning property and release property contains terephthalate and ethylene glycol as a main ingredient of a sea ingredient. The sea ingredient also contains 10% Na_2CO_3 solution and triethylene glycol-bis[beta-3-(tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methyl phenyl)]propionate. The sea-island composite fiber contains an island ingredient selected from the group consisting of polyester, polyamide, polyolefin, and polyphenylene sulfide.
