PURPOSE: A photo-sensitive resin composition for manufacturing a liquid crystal display panel spacer is provided to form a pattern with the excellent intensity into the uniform height, using a small irradiation amount. CONSTITUTION: A photo-sensitive resin composition for manufacturing a liquid crystal display panel spacer contains the following: an acrylic copolymer including acrylic carboxylic acid, polycyclic cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl acrylester, acrylic alkyl ester, and vinyl aromatic compound; an acrylic polyfunctional monomer; a dioxime-based photo-initiator marked with chemical formula 1: R1R2C=N-O-R4-O-N=CR1`R2` or chemical formula 2: R6-N=C(R5)-R7-C(R5`)=N-R6`; and a silane coupling agent.
