PURPOSE: A touch input device is provided to prevent moire interference by placing a touch panel on a crossing direction of a display device signal line. CONSTITUTION: A touch cell(50) is formed in a fractional area of a touch panel active area. Signal lines are vertically or horizontally placed on the touch panel and transceives a location detection signal of the couch cell. A drive IC(71) transmits and receives the location detection signal to the signal lines. A signal processing unit creates an input signal from the location detection signal which is detected from the drive IC. Some parts of the signal line is placed in oblique direction about a display signal line(140).
