<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus for a liquid ejecting head which prevents printing from being interrupted in the middle of a page, and to provide a liquid ejecting apparatus and a control method for the liquid ejecting head. <P>SOLUTION: The control apparatus for the liquid ejecting head drives the liquid ejecting head which includes both a nozzle array with nozzles arranged side by side for ejecting a liquid from two or more liquid holding means that hold the same liquid, and an ejecting means for ejecting the liquid from each nozzle, on the basis of a liquid ejection command when the liquid ejection command is inputted, thereby making the liquid ejected from the nozzles. During execution of the liquid ejection command, when a threshold passing signal indicating that a remaining liquid amount has passed a threshold value is inputted from a threshold sensor which detects the actual remaining liquid amount of the liquid holding means, the liquid ejecting head is driven to continue ejecting the liquid on the basis of the liquid ejection command until the inputted liquid ejection command ends. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
