<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise productive efficiency by avoiding increase in a parts place of a panel member and assuring a space around a work area, and enabling to correspond also in change of a sudden production ratio when manufacturing a panel assembly including a panel member in which division of hole punching is required. <P>SOLUTION: In the hemming machining device of a panel assembly, in an outer panel 2 and an inner panel 3 in the condition of having been piled up mutually, a peripheral part 2a of the outer panel 2 installed in one die 4 is pressed by a hem mold 6 prepared at another die 5 and is turned up to the side of the inner panel 3, thereby the outer panel 2 and the inner panel 3 are unified to form a panel assembly 20. In the another die 5, when pressing by the hem mold 6, a punching machine mechanism 13 which can give a punching work alternatively to at least one of the outer panel 2 and the inner panel 3 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
