<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entanglement treatment device for providing a fine-denier multifilament yarn of synthetic fiber with collectability excellent for entanglement quality. <P>SOLUTION: An entanglement treatment device of multifilament yarn comprises: a fluid injection hole 15 extending in a direction crossed with a thread running direction for providing a yarn with entanglement; a nozzle plate having an aperture surface in which an aperture of the fluid injection hole opens; a counter part 22 opposite to the aperture surface, the counter part having a collision surface 23 at which the injected fluid collides; and a thread guide part defined by the nozzle plate and the counter part. In at least an entrance of yarn of the entrance and an exit of the thread guide part, the collision surface gradually curves so that a distance between the aperture surface and the collision surface in a normal direction of the aperture surface increases in a direction of the edge portion of the thread guide part. In at least the entrance of the thread guide part, separation members 24,24' are disposed so that the thread guide part can be separated into a real thread guide part and an air exhaust part. A distance between a collision surface of the counter part and a surface at a side of the air exhaust part in a normal direction of the surface of the air exhaust part of the separation member increases in a direction of the edge portion of the thread guide part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
