<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of weaving a complex pattern such as a grain pattern. <P>SOLUTION: A weaving method can be implemented with a loom comprising a first to a (n+2)th heddle frame (where n is an odd number of 3 or more). Given that odd numbers of 3 or more warps sequentially aligned in a width direction is a set and the sets are called as a first to n-th set in order in a width direction, an odd numbered warp of the odd numbers of warps of each set in an odd numbered set of the first to the 2n-th sets is introduced into a heddle of the first heddle frame. Into a second heddle frame introduced are an odd numbered warp of the odd numbers of warps of each set in an even numbered set of the first to the 2n-th sets. Into a third heddle frame introduced are an even numbered warp of the odd numbers of warps of any one of the first to the 2n-th sets and an even numbered warp of the odd numbers of warps of the other sets. The above steps are similarly repeated. Subsequently the first and the second heddle frame are alternatingly moved in a vertical direction while the third to the (n+2)th heddle frame are moved in a vertical direction as necessary. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
