<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable composition in which a filler is distributed fully practically, a crosslinkable resin molding, and a cross-linked resin molding; and to provide a laminate which is excellent in moldability, peel strength, and crack resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The polymerizable composition includes: a cycloolefin monomer; a metathesis polymerization catalyst; and a filler configured by grafting an organic polymer to a surface. The crosslinkable resin molding is configured by carrying out bulk polymerization of the polymerizable composition. The cross-linked resin molding is configured by bulk polymerization and crosslinking of the polymerizable composition.
