<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling lubricating method in cold rolling including: performing rolling while circularly supplying an emulsion rolling lubricating oil and/or neat rolling lubricating oil, in which the emulsion rolling lubricating oil and/or neat rolling lubricating oil subjected to lubrication and oxidized, and supplied to an inlet portion of a roll bite is prevented from degradation, and to provide a device therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In the cold rolling in which rolling is performed while circularly supplying the emulsion rolling lubricating oil or neat rolling lubricating oil to the inlet portion of the roll bite, an electromagnetic wave generator 45 for generating reduction potential is disposed in a rolling lubricating oil tank 31, through which the rolling lubricating oil subjected to lubrication and oxidized, and supplied to an inlet portion of a roll bite is passed, to apply negative load to the oxidized emulsion rolling lubricating oil or neat rolling lubricating oil in the rolling lubricating oil tank 31, so that the rolling lubricating oil is reduced and prevented from degrading. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
