<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a paper-made carrier tape which can eliminate troubles when housing electronic parts due to paper powder under paper-made carrier tape manufacturing and mounting work process while raising manufacturing efficiency of paper made carrier tape for electronic parts, and reduce variation in punched hole under manufacturing, and to provide a method for manufacturing the paper-made carrier tape. <P>SOLUTION: A conventional single unit punch hole mold is changed to a five or more units mold and a device excluding and collecting paper powders generated during punching is mounted in the mold. The paper-made carrier tape manufacturing apparatus is provided with a process to repeat operations of grasping the paper-made carrier tape base material in a preceding process of the punching process, sending the paper-made carrier tape base material to a punching process and then releasing the paper-made carrier tape base materials, not pulling the paper-made carrier tape base material in a post-process of punching as a feeding device of the paper-made carrier tape base material. In the mold, a plurality of from 3 to 20 block surfaces with round corners are installed alternately so as not to overlap in the feed direction of the paper-made base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
