PURPOSE: A transferring device and a welding device having the same are provided to control the location of a welding unit in various angles. CONSTITUTION: A transferring device comprises a guide frame(10), a first arm(20), a second arm(30), and a carrier unit(40). A transfer path of the work unit is formed in the guide frame. One end of the first arm is hinge-coupled in one side of the guide frame. The other end part of the first arm is combined with a first support(25) supported in the objects. One end of the second arm is hinge-coupled in the other side of the guide frame. The other end part of the second arm includes a second support(35) supported in the objects. The carrier unit is installed in the guide frame in order to move along the transfer path. The work unit is installed in the carrier unit.
