PURPOSE: A touch cell structure of a touch panel is provided to exactly detect a touch input even multi touch inputs are generated at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second conducting pads(46,48) are placed by being separated with each other. A conductive layer(62) applies electric current to the first and the second conducting pads by a touch input. The conducting layer is formed by being divided into a touch cell-by-cell. The first and the second conducting pad are formed into a concavo-convex shape in which concave parts and convex parts are formed. The concave parts and convex parts are arranged in order to be closely connected with each other.
